Return Policy

If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, the products must be returned unopened within 30 days in their original condition and packaging. The right of withdrawal can be found in the general terms and conditions under article 6.
The costs for return shipping are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error by the webshop.
A return can be registered via support@coffee-brothers.nl, for some items the email address still needs to be added.
