Origin: A blend of beans from Brazil and Ethiopia.
Tasting notes: Milk chocolate, roasted nuts, a fresh citrus finish.
Blend: Arabica/Robusta 80/20

Brazilian beans are known for their creamy body, low acidity, and notes of chocolate and nuts. Brazil is the largest coffee producer in the world. Ethiopian beans add a lively freshness with floral and citrus notes. The robusta provides strength, body, and a thick crema.

Roasting:
Our coffee is dark roasted by convection. Hot air roasts the beans evenly without them ever touching the metal drum wall. No burnt exterior and no scorched edges, just an even, deep roast with the body of a dark coffee and low acidity. Made for espresso and fully automatic machines.

Because the beans never touch hot metal, the natural oils remain inside the bean. That is why our beans feel dry, not oily: the flavor stays locked in until you grind, and your grinder stays clean. The beans are in our warehouse within 7 days of roasting, so they are always as fresh as possible.
