Brazilian beans are known for their creamy body, low acidity, and notes of chocolate and nuts. Brazil is the largest coffee producer in the world.

Ethiopian beans add a lively acidity with floral and citrus notes.

Roasting:
The beans are roasted according to the Italian roasting method. This means they are roasted to a very dark degree, at a temperature between 235-240°C (455-465°F), beyond the second crack. This causes the beans to turn dark brown to almost black. This process creates a bold, smoky, and slightly bitter flavor with low acidity, ideal for espresso.

The beans remain dry due to this roasting method and have no oily surface. This ensures that the flavors in the bean are preserved, which is essential for optimal extraction when brewing coffee. After roasting, the beans are delivered to our warehouse within 7 days, so they are always as fresh as possible.
