Origin: A blend of beans from Ethiopia and Vietnam.
Tasting notes: Flowers, citrus, juicy sweetness.
Blend: Arabica/Robusta 80/20

Ethiopian beans are known for their bright acidity and notes of flowers and citrus. Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee, is famous for its original varieties and traditional cultivation methods. Vietnamese robusta beans bring a strong character and a rich, chocolatey undertone. This gives this light roast the body and crema that a light coffee often lacks.

Roasting:
Our coffee is lightly roasted by convection, the shortest roasting of our three. Hot air roasts the beans evenly, without them ever touching the metal drum wall. No burnt exterior and no scorched edges, just an even roast that keeps the origin character of the bean intact. Best as filter coffee or pour-over, and also suitable for fully automatic machines.

Because the beans never touch hot metal, the natural oils remain inside the bean. That is why our beans feel dry, not oily: the flavor stays locked in until you grind and your grinder stays clean. The beans are in our warehouse within 7 days after roasting, so they are always as fresh as possible.
