Ethiopian beans are known for their bright acidity and notes of flowers and citrus. Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee, is famous for its diverse heirloom varieties and traditional cultivation methods.

Vietnamese beans are loved for their strong character and contain twice as much caffeine as other coffee beans worldwide. They have a slightly bitter taste but provide the caffeine boost many coffee drinkers seek. Additionally, they have a rich, chocolatey flavor.

Roasting:
The beans are roasted according to the Italian roasting method. This means they are roasted to a very dark degree, at a temperature between 235-240°C (455-465°F), beyond the second crack. This causes the beans to turn dark brown to almost black. This process creates a bold, smoky, and slightly bitter flavor with low acidity, ideal for espresso.

The beans remain dry due to this roasting method and have no oily surface. This ensures that the flavors in the bean are preserved, which is essential for optimal extraction when brewing coffee. After roasting, the beans are delivered to our warehouse within 7 days, so they are always as fresh as possible.
