Ethiopian beans are characterized by a bright acidity and notes of flowers and citrus. Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee and is known for its rich variety of coffee types and traditional cultivation techniques.

Vietnamese beans have a strong flavor and contain twice as much caffeine as other coffee beans worldwide. The taste is slightly bitter but provides the energy boost coffee lovers crave. They also have a rich, chocolatey undertone.

Roasting:
The beans are roasted according to the Italian roasting method, where they are heated to a very dark degree, at 235-240°C (455-465°F), beyond the second crack. This results in a deep, dark color and a bold, smoky, and slightly bitter taste with low acidity – perfect for espresso.

Due to this roasting method, our beans remain dry and have no oily surface. This helps preserve the flavor inside for optimal extraction when brewing coffee. Within 7 days after roasting, the beans are stored in our warehouse to ensure they always stay fresh.
