Origin: A blend of beans from Ethiopia and Vietnam.
Tasting notes: Chocolate, soft citrus, light sweetness.
Blend: Arabica/Robusta 85/15

Ethiopian beans are known for their bright acidity and notes of flowers and citrus. Ethiopia is the cradle of coffee and famous for its rich variety of original varieties and traditional cultivation methods. Vietnamese robusta beans have a strong character and a rich, chocolatey undertone. They give this blend its body, strength, and a thick crema.

Roasting:
Our coffee is medium roasted by convection. Hot air roasts the beans evenly, without them ever touching the metal drum wall. No burnt exterior and no scorched edges, just an even roast that balances chocolate and fruit. Fully automatic machine, espresso, filter, or French press: it works with every brewing method, black or with milk.

Because the beans never touch hot metal, the natural oils remain inside the bean. That is why our beans feel dry, not oily: the flavor stays locked in until you grind, and your grinder stays clean. The beans are in our warehouse within 7 days after roasting, so they are always as fresh as possible.
