Reward Points
Save for free coffee
At Coffee Brothers, you automatically collect points. You don't have to do anything: as long as you order with your own email address, we keep track of your points for you.
How it works
- 1 point per euro you spend on a single order (shipping costs do not count).
- At 250 points you automatically get €25 credit on your account. That's a 1 kg bag of coffee, free. The credit is valid for 90 days and you simply use it at checkout.
- After your reward, you start again; points above 250 carry over. If you save 500 points or more at once, you get everything immediately (500 points = €50 credit).
- After each order, you receive an email with your new balance.
- You can always see your savings card in your account, at the top with your orders.
Top up credit
- Want to pay in advance? With Coffee credit you add €25, €50 or €100 to your account. At €100 you get €5 extra.
- You get exactly the amount credited that you pay for the credit, within a few minutes after your payment. Topped-up credit does not expire; reward credit from points is valid for 90 days.
- You earn points on everything you buy with your credit. Not on the top-up itself, and you cannot top up with credit already on your account.
- Within 14 days after topping up, you can have unused credit refunded. Email us for that.
Good to know
- Subscription orders do not count for points. With a subscription, you already get 10% discount on every delivery.
- You can see your credit in your account and at checkout, if you are logged in with the same email address you order with.
- In case of a return or cancellation, we can adjust the points for that order.
- Coffee Brothers may change or end the rewards program. Reward credit you already have remains valid until the expiration date.
