- You will receive exactly the amount you pay for the credit credited, within a few minutes after your payment.
- The credit does not expire. Log in with your email address at checkout; it will then be ready to pay with.
- You earn loyalty points on everything you buy with your credit. Not on the top-up itself.
- You cannot top up with credit that is already on your account.

Shipping time
Netherlands and Belgium: 1–2 working days. Other EU countries: 2–8 working days. United States: 7–14 working days. Orders placed on a working day before 6:00 PM (Dutch time) usually ship the same day. More information in our shipping policy.
